Emily and Devin said I do with their closest friends and family in an intimate gathering at The Whitney- Detroit. These two designed a day that was true to themselves and focused on them, the bride and groom. Emily got ready at The Inn at 97 Winder, a newer boutique hotel in downtown Detroit. It was formerly the John Harvey Mansion and now offers ten beautifully restored guestrooms. We walked around Detroit to capture images against the cityscapes. Emily and Devin decided to not have a wedding party so we had quite a lot of time to capture beautiful images of just the two of them!! The ceremony was in the Garden on the property of The Whitney. The two were smiling from ear to ear and everyone felt their excitement and love. The reception followed in The Ghostbar located on the 3rd floor of The Whitney. What a party! It was very laid back, they made sure to make their rounds to thank each and every guest for helping in the celebration. Congratulations Emily and Devin!!!
